All services provided by Katie Malinda Photography are governed by a signed photography services agreement. The terms outlined in that contract—including payments, retainers, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds—supersede any information provided on this website.

Retainers and payments are non-refundable except as specifically stated in the signed agreement. By booking a session or event, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to the terms of their contract.

All photography services are subject to a signed photography services agreement.

In the unlikely event the photographer is unable to perform services due to circumstances beyond their control, liability is limited to the return of payments received, as outlined in the signed agreement.
