Katie Malinda Photography offers professional photography services including, but not limited to:

  • Senior Photography

  • Wedding Photography

  • Portrait Sessions

  • Branding & Lifestyle Photography

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A signed contract and retainer fee are required to secure your session or event date.

  • Dates are not guaranteed until both are received.

  • Remaining balances must be paid by the due date outlined in your contract.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable at the photographer’s discretion.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Katie Malinda Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time for sessions

  • Communicate preferences, concerns, and expectations clearly

  • Ensure cooperation of all participants during sessions

  • Obtain any necessary permissions for locations

Katie Malinda Photography is not responsible for missed moments due to delays or lack of cooperation.

6. Creative Style & Editing

Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with the photographer’s style and portfolio.

  • Editing style is consistent with the photographer’s artistic vision

  • Raw/unedited images are not provided

  • Final image selection is at the photographer’s discretion unless otherwise agreed

7. Image Delivery

  • Final images will be delivered via an online gallery

  • Turnaround times vary by session type and will be outlined in your contract

  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images

8. Usage & Copyright

  • Katie Malinda Photography retains full copyright to all images

  • Clients receive a personal use license (printing, sharing, etc.)

  • Images may not be altered, edited, or sold without written permission

  • The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing

9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality services:

  • Katie Malinda Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control (weather, illness, equipment failure, etc.)

  • In the unlikely event of total image loss, liability is limited to the amount paid

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Katie Malinda Photography and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Privacy

Client information collected through this website or booking process is used solely for communication and service delivery. Your information will never be sold or shared.
